Patio is halfway done & we can't wait!

Before:
  Just a Patio Slab.

During:
Dominic, the patio landscaper is building a seat wall on both sides with a spot in the center for a fountain, fire pit, or flower pot.  We have 2 of those things right now but not sure if we will like it there. My problem is I'm visual so until I see it I don't know if I'll like it.  But one of those I'm sure to like.

He's making 2 layers of Sandstone to make it unique.  The other block is Sierra from Uniblock.

Originally we had this idea to put in windows which is why we went with Todd at Natures Touch.  But with the deep curve in the wall it didn't look as good as we thought.

Then we tried slanted windows & that didn't work either. So thankfully we like what he has done now. It's glued in now so we can't change it anyway. Apparently the glue doesn't dry in the rain so they really can't work in the rain which has pushed us way back on our timeline.

Now they have put in the soldier course around the inside of the wall with sandstone & then the rest will be Sierra. I'll keep you posted.
