Is it still called a double header if its football? Either way they won both games.

Brayden played 2 more games last Saturday & his team won them both. I should note that the 1st game was cold & in the rain. The 2nd game was an hour later & the sun came out so it was very hot & bright.  So the boys are good at playing in any weather. 

They are still undefeated going into their last 2 games this coming Saturday. Coach Rob said it's because our kids work hard in practice.  I agree because they practice from 5:30-7pm every Tues. & Thurs. night & he has them running constantly.  Then if they don't listen they have to run to the fence & back which is out by the cornfield. So when we play a game the other kids look out of breath & we score our 6th touchdown. It's fun to be on the winning team. Here are some pictures of the games. Unfortunately the picture of Brayden pulling a black flag from an opponent is blurry but you can see how proud he was. 

It's really good if he gets the flag because he's the last defender in their zone coverage so if he doesn't get the flag they usually score. The whole team was happy he got this flag. 

There are 6 coaches on this team of 12 so they are very well coached. 

Coach Rob is the head coach (in the maroon collared shirt & maroon hat) & has the whistle around his neck. 

He enjoys this as much as the kids. See the smile below.

Brayden was bummed he didn't get a       touchdown. So close!
