Here are some pictures of Shaelyn mowing the lawn as her exercise that she needed to do to make up for her PE class that she missed due to an ear infection. (Yes we made it 4 days after school started and they both had ear infections! Hope the rest of the year is better!). She had to do 45 minutes to an hour of exercise and then write a two paragraph essay about what she did and then we had to write notes and sign it. We decided to have her try something new & it was a great idea on Greg's part. He not only appreciated the help but was very impressed at how straight her lines were. (She's quite the perfectionist so that doesn't surprise me.)
She did very well and he kept a close eye on her. The picture shows that but its hard to tell he's watching her while mowing because these pics were taken off my other camera.
Since she's very allergic to grass (like me) we immediately had her shower when she came inside from mowing the lawn and that seemed to work. So now she's already talking about maybe helping Greg out again another time with the lawn. Sounds great to me!
