My parents came to visit for the afternoon for Mother's Day. It was so much fun because the weather was gorgeous so we just sat on our back patio drinking wine & watching Greg grill steaks for us while the kids played ball. That was after we put up 2 bluebird houses that Grandpa Schueffner brought. See Part 2 for some pics of that event. Unfortunately somehow we didn't get a picture of my mom & I together on Mother's Day. We didn't even get a picture of me with my parents. We will have to take a picture of mom & I together for Father's Day since we took my father & I together for Mothers Day while my mom was getting her purse. Then Mom & Dad stood together for some pics while we laughed hysterically at the kids trying to take pics & cutting our heads off.
I was lucky & received some awesome presents from my kids. Below Shaelyn hand stitched the card. And then wrote a sweet message inside.
Brayden had help by someone else taking his picture but everything else he did himself. So happy with these gifts and my kids.
Greg bought the Display Stand for me not realizing how important it would become for displaying these items. Especially since nothing sticks to the fridge, including magnets.
I thought this was fitting for Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day Mom & Grandma Rosi. We love you!
