Angel Food Cake

Well I have been Gluten Free for at least 2 years & I have not been able to enjoy my favorite kind of cake which is Angel Food Cake. So this year for my birthday I sought out a really good Gluten Free bakery & begged for Angel Food Cake. It was Delicious for the entire family! My son said "Can I be gluten free for my birthday?" Yes it was that good. We will definitely be using her for Brayden's cake & since its gluten free I can have some too. It's the little things that make me happy!
