Boys love dirt.

Brayden had a blast helping me to pull the rocks away from our
flowers that are already coming up since the weather is so nice here.

As I'm thinking it's a way for the water to soak into the plants so
they don't grow around the rocks, Brayden is thinking pull all the rocks
back and look for worms.  Amazing thing was we found tons and not just
skinny ones, but Big FAT worms!  He was in heaven.
He was transferring them to various sticks when one made a pretzel style
move around some grass.  He was hanging on for dear life, saying "Not me! Not me!"

Brayden loves dirt, rocks, mud puddles, water puddles, and worms so much that it's hard to have
him in a clean oufit right before the bus pulls up.  In a matter of minutes he could be on his 3rd outfit just from getting completely soaked or muddy, or just plain dirty.   Either way today I made him come inside
for 3 minutes before the bus came because yesterday with 5 minutes to go even waiting in the middle of the driveway it was too tempting & KERSPLAT!   Entire side splattered with splotches that looked like freckles.   (Can't send my kid to school with brown freckles all over his face I'm guessing.)
Either way he had fun!  Here's some pictures to show his worm adventure.

"Hurry up & take the picture or we'll lose the BIG FAT worm!"
