Canadian 5 pin bowling

Wikipedia (online encyclopedia states) Five-pin bowling is a bowling variant which is played only in Canada, where most bowling alleys offer it, either alone or in combination with ten-pin bowling, like they play in the U.S. It was devised around 1909 by Thomas F. Ryan in Toronto, Ontario, at his Toronto Bowling Club, in response to customers who complained that the ten-pin game was too strenuous. He cut five tenpins down to about 75% of their size, and used hand-sized hard rubber balls, thus inventing the original version of five-pin bowling.[1]

Bowling in Canada is easier for kids since the ball is much smaller.

However it is still very difficult since there is only 5 pins
and it's hard to knock down the corner pins.

My kids seem to be getting quite good at it as you can tell by the scores

below when Greg took the kids bowling. This is their 2nd time bowling.

1st game - just getting warmed up.

2nd game - the 5 year old won!
